Appointments & Cancellations Clients may book services via our website or by contacting us directly. We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.
Payments Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept various forms of payment as indicated on our website.
Client Responsibilities Clients are responsible for providing access to the property at the scheduled time and ensuring a safe environment for our cleaning staff.
Satisfaction Guarantee If you are not satisfied with a service, please notify us within 24 hours so we can address and resolve the issue.
Limitation of Liability We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.
Changes to Terms We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
